Hire Resolve's client, a dynamic and growing company in the Food and Beverage Services sector is seeking a talented and experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial accounting activities for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsDevelop and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growthAnalyze financial data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to managementManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesReconcile and review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and complianceAssist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returnsCoordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders as neededStay up-to-date on financial regulations and compliance requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred3+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a corporate settingProficiency in financial software and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standardsBenefits:Salary: Negotiable
