Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track and report key performance indicators.Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements.Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Honours Degree and completed articles are required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial accounting role within a manufacturing environment or manufacturing plant.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Apply Now!
