You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reports while adhering to industry standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.Month-End Close: Coordinate month-end closing activities, reconcile accounts, and review journal entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights and assisting in the development of financial projections.Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance internal controls over financial reporting to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Audit Support: Assist in external audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and support to auditors, ensuring a smooth and efficient audit experience.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
