As we expand our finance recruitment division , we are searching for a driven Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our innovative and energetic team.

Key Responsibilities : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle , from client acquisition, job briefings, and candidate sourcing, to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
Source, interview, and place finance professionals (e.g., Accountants, Financial Managers, Auditors, etc.)
into a wide range of finance roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries, understanding their specific financial recruitment needs .
Use various platforms and strategies to attract finance talent, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking .
Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct thorough candidate interviews , assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations to ensure successful placements.
Deliver consultative support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both.
Achieve and exceed recruitment targets, actively contributing to the growth of SydSen's finance recruitment division.
Skills and Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in finance recruitment, with a strong understanding of the financial job market.
Demonstrated experience in 360 recruitment consulting , with proven success in client management and candidate placement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence and manage client expectations.
Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment .
Familiarity with employment regulations and best recruitment practices, particularly in the finance industry .
