Degree compulsory CIMA BCOM degree 8-10 years' experience as a Financial Manager FMCG experience advantageous Expert level excel experience Implement and maintain the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting within the Company Ensure effective communication with the Board Members on the financial forecasts and operating revenue Advise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions. Provide assistance and advice to departments and staff regarding general budgeting and financial reporting needs, including business plans, costing and pricing proposals, etc. Manage and assist with the preparation, consolidation and review of strategy, plans and budgets for the division and each branch (Operational and Capex). Assist with the training within the company in relation to financial responsibilities, both on the job and through participation in workshops and discussion groups Coach non-financial managers on interpreting and communicating financial data Manage the Financial team/s ensuring fair allocation of workload Manage the delivery of operational activities of staff Provide input and feedback from performance reviews and assist in improving staff's performance Schedule staff leave and maintain staff records Supervise, teach and motivate the team Take responsibility for staff work, induction and on-job training
