Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring financial stability and growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.Manage banking relationships and handle statutory compliance including VAT, Income Tax, Royalty, etc.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.Coordinate and prepare annual business plans and executive reports.Handle audit processes, including drafting and reviewing financial statements and coordinating with external auditors.Implement and maintain internal controls and financial systems.RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant Degree.Certification in Pastel/SAGE or VIP Payroll/SAGE is advantageous.Minimum of 10 years' experience in a finance role, with at least 5 years in a mining environment highly desirable.Proven experience in financial reporting, banking, and statutory compliance.Demonstrated ability to handle audits, including drafting and reviewing financial statements.BenefitsSalary: NegotiableContact Hire Resolve today to apply for this role!We will contact you telephonically in 7 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
