Why This Role?Strategic Impact: Youll play a critical role in driving collaboration between business and stakeholders, ensuring all governance and risk assessments are addressed before product execution.Leadership Exposure: Work closely with Senior CIB Executives and support the New Products Committees, making an impact at the highest levels.Pan-African Reach: Be a key player in both South African and African markets, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the business forwardKey Responsibilities:Uphold governance standards and ensure compliance across all geographies and product lines.Provide expert analysis of new products, ensuring risks are managed and mitigated.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from stakeholder engagement to post-implementation reviews.Prepare and present critical reports and management information to senior committees.Drive continuous improvement in the New Products Committee process.What Were Looking For:Qualifications: CA(SA), BCom Finance, CFA, or CIMA, with a Post Grad in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.Expertise: Strong knowledge of CIB operating models, risk management, and governance standards.Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making.Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage complex processes and provide clear, concise reporting.
