Monitor procurement and costing functions.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Conduct internal audits and support external annual audits.
Manage CAPEX authorizations and fixed asset register.
Develop product costing, manage stock counts, and control variances.
Provide direction to the finance team and foster a productive work environment.
  Qualifications & Experience: Honours Degree in Accounting/Financial Management (or equivalent).
CA (SA) with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.
Syspro experience is a plus.
