About The Role
As Finance Lead, you'll spearhead financial compliance, administration, control, and reporting for our business units. You'll work closely with the Finance Executive to ensure our financial operations align with Group standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities Prepare budgets, financial statements, and cash forecastsManage financial reporting and maintain accounting system integrityOversee financial controls and complianceLead working capital management and exchange rate risk mitigationSupport procurement and communicate key risks to senior managementMentor and develop the finance teamQualifications Required BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or equivalent (CA preferred)Minimum 5 years' experience, with 3+ years in a senior finance roleExpert in IFRS, MS Office, and ExcelStrong background in manufacturing finance and costingSyspro experience is a plusAttributes Results-oriented and deadline-drivenPassionate about fast-paced, diverse work environmentsAn effective leader with strong attention to detailAble to work under pressure and multi-task efficientlyJoin our team and help drive financial excellence in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.
