Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all finance and insurance operations within the dealership.Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize finance and insurance sales and profitability.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.Offer finance and insurance products and services to customers, including vehicle financing, extended warranties, and insurance policies.Conduct credit checks and review financial documents to determine customer eligibility for financing.Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions and insurance providers on behalf of customers.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory finance and insurance operations requirements.Train and mentor sales team members on finance and insurance processes and procedures.Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to finance and insurance transactions.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in financial regulations.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of finance, insurance processes, and regulations.RE 1, RE 5, Qualification.Must be able to perform against Targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.Proficiency in financial software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A customer-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and satisfaction.Valid driver's license.Between 7 - 10 Years
