Port Shepstone – KwaZulu Natal – South AfricaKey Performance AreasThe successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative functions in the accounts department which includes capturing payments on the various online banking platforms, filing, faxing, scanning, maintaining various spreadsheets, distribution of documents and emails, archiving documents, and the management of the filing room.Position Requirements2 years relevant experience working within an accounts department or similar rolePreferably studying towards an accounting / bookkeeping diplomaSound knowledge of computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)Working experience with all Online banking platforms will be advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and organisational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.South Africa's leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector currently has the following opportunity at Head Office in Port Shepstone.
