If you're a CA(SA) with a track record of success in a similar role and are open to international travel, we want to hear from you Position: Finance Business Partner Location: Northen Suburbs Western Cape Industry: Financial Services Qualification: CA(SA) Travel: Local and international travel required (6 times per year) Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar finance business partnering role Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic financial advisor to business units, driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support business goals. Provide in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to risk management initiatives. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights. Travel locally and internationally to engage with key stakeholders and support global financial operations. Requirements: Fully qualified CA(SA) with a minimum of (Insert Years) experience in a financial services environment. Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Ability to collaborate across departments, influence decision-making, and provide financial leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
