Finance and HR Administrator (JB4691)Rayton, Gauteng (Office Based)R12 000 - R15 000 CTC per monthPermanentAn agricultural company seeks a dynamic and organized Finance & HR Administrator.This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong data-capturing and administrative skills providing support to the Director.Minimum Requirements:Completed Grade 12.Completed finance or payroll-related certificate advantageous.3 or more years of finance and HR-related administration experience.MS Office with strong Excel.Previous payroll software experience.Attention to detail and accurate capturing of various information.Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (due to location and occasional errand requirements).Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with financial data capturng, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.Support the HR function including accurate record keeping, tracking employee leave, and payroll processing.General administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and schedulingPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
