We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant with experience in the agriculture industry to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial analysis and reporting for our agriculture business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, as well as experience working in the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial records and transactions for the agriculture business
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting
- Participate in annual audits and financial reviews
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the agriculture industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
