Finance & Admin Manager

A hospital facility in East London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the hospital's financial operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.Preferred Candidates Will Have:Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification.Advanced communication skills to effectively manage the hospital's financial operations.Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification or completed articles are highly advantageous.Proven experience in commercial management, preferably within a services environment.Relevant finance experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to learn and adapt to industry-specific terminology quickly.
