Field Service Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for repairing and maintaining equipment? Affinity Services is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing technical equipment on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
Perform regular maintenance and service checks to ensure equipment functionality
Respond promptly to service calls and complete necessary repairs
Maintain detailed service logs and provide accurate reports on all work performed
Provide technical support and guidance to clients
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Travel to client locations as needed to provide timely technical support

Requirements
Requirements:

Certificate or diploma in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
