Our culture is characterized by care for work-life balance, professional development, global professional opportunities, and an epic benefits package.Mission:To perform machine repairs and services in a professional and efficient manner.To ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through high work standards.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Perform services and breakdown repairs on Epiroc equipment at customer sites.Provide on-the-job training for customer artisans during machine services and breakdowns.Promote Epiroc best practices for maintenance and services.Conduct regular audits of customer machines.Check and recommend the type of spares and appropriate stock levels.Communicate and implement technical news bulletins to customers.Commission machines in the territory.Required Skills and Capabilities:Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.Good planning and organizational skills.Able to work unsupervised at set standards.Willingness to travel as required for duties and training.Technical knowledge of Epiroc's products.Computer literate.Good product knowledge of underground machines.Educational Qualification:A suitable trade qualification (Diesel mechanic, fitter, electrician, millwright).3-5 years' experience.TMM experience (Trackless Mine Machines).Valid driver's license required.Behaviours:Very strong technical background.Computer literacy.Good customer relations.Good telephone manners and skills.Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers.Ability to work independently without supervision.Presentable to customers in grooming and dress code.Last Date to Apply: 02 September 2024Epiroc is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring we maintain a diverse and inclusive culture.
