Field Service Technician

Requirements;MatricTechnical certification or diploma in electronics, IT, or related field2-4 years experience in AV/VC systems, specifically in field service, installations, and troubleshootingGood knowledge of Audio Visual systems and technologies, installation, wiring, cable terminationExperience with video routing, switching, and conferencing endpoints (Crestron, Polycom, Avaya)Basic room control experience and familiarity with DSP programming (advantageous)Proficiency in Crestron (Non-Negotiable) and Extron AV/VC systemsKnowledge of leading AV technologies and audio-visual installation practicesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomouslyAudio experience, including basic DSP programming, is advantageousCustomer service aptitudeValid drivers license, have access to a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel to client sitesProof of technical skills and experienceDuties:Daily AV Equipment ChecksMeeting & Event SupportEnd-user trainingIncident Reporting & TroubleshootingPreventative Maintenance & Equipment CareInstallation, Configuration & UpgradesAdvanced Fault-Finding & Technical ResolutionInventory Management & ReportingCollaboration & Cross-TrainingClient interactionField Service & Support FlexibilityPLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
