Job TitleField Service EngineerJob DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer, you will manage customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Your Role: Assisting with service repair, preventative maintenance, and field change orders/installations.Identifying and solving customer issues, providing appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as necessary.Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.As a Field Service Engineer, you will be a team member of the Customer Service delivery team and report to the Service Delivery Manager, Health Systems SD RSA.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if: 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent.3-5 years' experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems.Fluent in English, verbally and in writing, in addition to the local language.Preferably experience in performing installations, corrective maintenance, and planned maintenance on X-ray, Computer Tomography, MRI, and Ultrasound systems.Willingness to attend overseas equipment training when required.Willingness to travel occasionally for support in other regions.Employment Equity
