Job TitleField Service EngineerJob DescriptionAs a Field Service Engineer, you will manage customer relationships through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.
Your Role: Assisting service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders/installations.Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.You will be working as a team member of the Customer Service delivery team and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager Health Systems SD RSA.
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational setup while working in a hybrid model.
You're the right fit if: 3-year Degree in Electrical Engineering or SAQA accredited Equivalent.1 - 3 years' experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems.Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to the local language.Preferable experience in performing installations, corrective maintenance, and planned maintenance on X-ray, Computer Tomography, and Ultrasound systems.The candidate must be willing to attend overseas equipment training when required.The candidate must be willing to travel on an occasional basis for support in other regions.Employment Equity
