The Key purpose is to lead agents to identify good selling spots for high quality sales of legal expenses insurance and funeral cover policies. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties/ Responsibilities: Increase the penetration of Scorpion sales in public and/or private companies especially those that all premium payment by stop order deduction.
· Drive, control and make the best use of a company vehicle for transporting sales agents and to apply Scorpion branded equipment for marketing purposes.
· Motivate sales teams to exceed company sales budgets and to secure stop order, debit order or cash premiums in the proportions required by the company.
· Drive the on-going recruitment, training, and support of sales agents in the field and to always maintain a steady sales force.
· Work closely with Marketing Assistants to ensure that sales agents comply with all regulations in line with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS).
MINIMUM CRITERIA AND PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCIES
Education: Matric or equivalent qualification.
· Relevant Management, specialist or professional qualifications will be an advantage
· Be fit and proper in terms of FAIS requirement
· A completed FSB Regulatory exam will be an advantage, or the candidate must still be within time for completing it
Experience: At least 3 years marketing experience especially emphasis on stop order
Premiums
· Minimum of 1 years' experience as a sales Manager, supervising a team and/or teams of Sales Agents
· A demonstrable ability to change the sales landscape
· A substantial track record of opening stop order facilities and generating significant sales.
· A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
· Clear criminal record is of vital importance.
· A proven track record of excellence performance-based earning power

Other Must be committed to long- term growth of the allocated region and the Company
Must be willing to travel extensively
Applicants will have to relocate at own cost
Applicant should have a valid and unendorsed/unsuspended Driver's license, and a valid Public Drivers Permit (PDP) and own transport
