Field Sales Executive

Our client, one of the largest and longest-established multi-media publishers in Southern Africa, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, vibrant, ambitious, and driven sales executive to join their successful team.
Candidates that meet the minimum requirement stipulated below are invited to apply:
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalentA valid driver's license and own vehicleAttributes, Competencies and Experience (A.C.E.) Preference will be given to relevant candidates that demonstrate the following key Attributes, Competencies, and Experience:
Attributes:Project an image of professionalism and reliability towards customersWork well under pressure and able to manage time and workloadAble to work independently with little supervisionDemonstrate drive and a positive approach to work with determination and motivation to achieve targetsHighly professional and well-groomedAbility to canvass, cold call, and identify new business opportunitiesAbility to present, negotiate, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targetsAbility to produce information on all aspects of client demands, using internal resources, systems, and product knowledgeStrong administration and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand the flow of information within a companyFully computer literateExperience:Previous experience in the Media and Advertising industry would be advantageous12 months of external calling and account creation and sales experienceJob Summary: The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager and will be expected to represent the business as a highly professional and effective Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will call directly on and deal with new clients to maintain and exceed sales targets.
