Join our clients prestigious 5-star game lodge as a Field Guide, where you will immerse guests in unforgettable safari experiences while fostering a love for conservation. This role involves conducting various safari-related activities, hosting guests, and actively participating in our Junior Conservationists program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct morning, afternoon, and night drives, as well as family-friendly activities and guided walks.
Host guests with a focus on delivering exceptional service and educational experiences.
Assist in the Junior Conservationists program, engaging with young nature enthusiasts.
Participate in conservation and reserve-related activities as needed.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of all equipment and vehicles.
Exhibit a strong commitment to respect and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate with the team to support various lodge operations as required.
Requirements:
Minimum FGASA Level 1 (NQF2) certification.
Valid First Aid certification.
PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Mature demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Passion for wildlife conservation and education.
