Job Title: Fiduciary Specialist Assistant Location: Montana, Pretoria Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 - Depending on experience and qualifications Vacancy Type: Full-Time Closing date: End Sept 2024 Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Prior experience in fiduciary services or a related field is compulsory and/or; - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Beneficial requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Candidates with at least one of the following qualifications are preferred, though not mandatory: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) BCom Law (Bachelor of Commerce in Law) BCom Accounting (Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting) Estate Administration Qualification - Excellently proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Must be fully versed in Afrikaans and English.
Read, write and speak.
Duties and responsibilities: - Collect and verify information from clients.
- Draft and submit documents for trust registrations and amendments.
- Prepare replacement deeds and handle registration of trusts.
- Monthly administration and management of both Inter Vivos and Testamentary trusts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Draft Trust documentation (general/basic documents, not technical).
- Draft necessary documentation to set up payments from Trust accounts.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information/documentation.
- Manage diaries, set up meetings, prepare agendas and meeting packs, and draft minutes.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding of clients, including FIC and UN searches.
- Keep files (electronic or hard copy) up to date.
- Draft necessary documentation and load UBO registers on the Master of the High Court's Portal.
- Keep the database up to date.
- Liaise with the Master's Office/Master correspondent By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: 1.
