Fast Food / Hot Meal Replacement (Hmr) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:GP Management: Ensure all franchise and bakery locations within the group are meeting their required gross profit (GP) targets.Operational Streamlining: Assess and optimize the operational processes of each food franchise and bakery to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry best practices.Franchisor Compliance: Regularly review operations to guarantee adherence to franchisor operating standards and guidelines across all food franchises.Site Visits: Conduct frequent site visits to each location within the province to provide hands-on support and guidance.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast food, HMR, or franchise operations environment.Familiarity with franchise operating standards and procedures.A degree or diploma in hospitality management, food services, or business managementProven track record in operational efficiency, cost control, and franchise compliance.Strong understanding of GP margins and cost management.Experience managing or consulting across multiple locations is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of training staff and reporting to management.Ability to travel frequently within the province to visit multiple sites.
