Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join the greater Visual Display team as a Fashion File Administrator. Our Fashion File team works in the fast-paced environment of ensuring that all new and relevant merchandise that is in stores is merchandised according to a specific plan, on a weekly basis for all brands in the business. The Fashion File Administrator forms a key part of the Fashion File team by ensuring that all processes to support the Fashion File Coordinators run efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, understand fashion trends and merchandising, and be eager to learn and contribute successfully to this team.
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring that all merchandise samples are collected, processed, and scanned into the visual display department on a daily basis.
Manage the samples by ensuring that they are processed according to weeks in store, units available, etc.
Prepare the samples before multiple daily building sessions.
Pack and clear the samples according to a process post the Fashion File builds.
Manage a stock take on a yearly basis for all samples in the studio.
Support and assist the Fashion File Coordinators in building window, wall, and floor rail fashion statements using the merchandise samples.
Take notes during multiple daily approval sessions and ensure that these are communicated effectively to the Fashion File Coordinators and actioned.
Prepare merchandise to be photographed and then photograph window, wall, and floor rail fashion statements for Fashion File publication.

Qualifications and Experience
Admin-based certification or basic degree (Preferred).
Minimum Matric with 2-3 years of retail experience.
OR 2-3 years admin experience in a similar role.
Competencies

Must be passionate about Fashion.
Must be able to coordinate fashion looks according to trends.
Must be able to merchandise mannequins.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must have a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
Must be able to multitask and stay ahead of areas of concern.
Strong interpersonal skills.
