The successful applicant will take ownership of the following functions:Focus on growing Nile's pipeline of farmersDrive adoption of Nile's online platform by training farmers to leverage the online functionalityBuild strong relationships with key farmers on the Nile platformSupport transaction execution from existing farmersResponsible to grow turnover of business within a given group of farmersRequirementsSkills and aptitudePrior experience as a retail buyer will be favorably consideredExcellent communicator with a high degree of ownershipAbility to build strong business relationshipsBachelor's degree is preferredBeing able to adapt to changing environments and work processesBenefitsTeam & cultureWe are building a high-performing team, passionate about transforming Africa's food systems.
