Farm Mechanic / Maintenance Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Qualified diesel mechanic and or trade test certificates- Extensive repair and maintenance knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation pumps, irrigation systems, and building maintenance.- Proven experience in maintaining the followingo General maintenance o Electricalo Welding & latheo Pumpso Servicing of tractors- Proven experience to manage all maintenance activities which includes typically the following: planning, Job Cards, time management, maintenance personnel management, client liaison, supply support of maintenance materials and other.- Previous experience with fabrication, design, repairs and maintenance of the factory- Computer literate- Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile- Strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team- Valid drivers licenseONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
