They're seeking an experienced Farm Manager to drive productivity, ensure quality, and optimize operations.Enhance and oversee citrus and mango production processes for optimal yield.Maximize export-quality fruit while ensuring efficient operations.Facilitate regular communication with cross-functional teams, including Production, Packhouse, Financial, Technical, and HR managers.Manage nutrition applications and irrigation schedules to ensure peak production levels.Ensure compliance with SIZA, Global Gap standards, and SHEQ protocols.Optimize the use of human resources, materials, and machinery.Handle budget planning and management.Continuously report to the Group Production Manager on production metrics and improvements.Enforce compliance with labor laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies.Actively structure, drive, and organize farm operations.Perform additional tasks as needed within the role.Minimum requirements: 5+ years of experience in citrus farming or related agricultural managementProficiency in MS Office and strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, able to work long hours, and capable of managing tasks independentlySkills in business activity reporting, monitoring, and measurementTertiary qualifications in agriculture or related fields Consultant: Maritza Theron - Dante Personnel Midrand
