Factory Manager

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage and support staff, coordinate essential services, and implement systems to maximize efficiency.Plan and evaluate department policies, processes, and priorities.Manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.Maintain staff by assessing and promoting employees.Ensure that the department is on track to meet performance goals and make adjustments based on performance data as needed.Hire, train, and supervise production employees.Create budgets, monitor output, and ensure that the team follows the required safety protocols. Minimum RequirementsDegree in Production Management.5 years' experience as a Production Manager within a Factory.Knowledgeable about lean manufacturing and lean six sigma principles.Familiar with ISO Standards and sigma methodology.Experience with handling production planning and managing production schedules.Skilled in Kaizen, Kanban, and standard operating procedures.
