Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for production planningResponsible for setting production standards and measurementImplement and manage preventative maintenance program as well as general maintenance for the site including production plant, machinery and propertyOperation of Colour Treatment plant, Pasteurisation plant, blending operations and RO plantPackaging operations - Aseptic packaging equipment as well as regular packaging linesBulk handling - inbound and outboundOperation of all utilities including steam, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air and effluentManagement and control of Weighbridge activitiesControl of Effluent - treatment and disposalCapital projects on site including planning, budgeting and executionApplication of cost management principles to manage the Factory BudgetManage the performance and development of production team membersEnsure legal compliance at all times within the Factory environmentRequires acceptance and fulfillment of 16 (2) appointmentEnsure SHE standards for the site are adhered to
