Factory Manager Solugrowth (PTY) Ltd 2024/10/28 Gauteng Job Reference Number: SG-499 Department: BPO R2R - FA Outsourcing Industry: FMCG Job Type: Permanent Positions Available: 1 Salary: Market Related Job Description Ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently and safely Oversee day to day office operations, manage and support staff, coordinate essential services, and implement systems to maximize efficiency Plan and evaluate department policies, processes, and priorities Manage a team of workers and collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards Maintain staff by assessing and promoting employees Ensure that the department is on track to meet performance goals and make adjustments based on performance data as needed Hire, train, and supervise production employees Create budgets, monitor output, and ensure that the team follows the required safety protocols Job Requirements Degree in Production Management 5 years' experience as a Production Manager within a Factory Knowledgeable about lean manufacturing and lean six sigma principles Familiar with ISO Standards and sigma methodology Experience with handling production planning and managing production schedules Skilled in Kaizen, Kanban, and standard operating procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
