Our client is a specialist in the Manufacture Industry.Role: Factory ManagerIndustry: Glass & AluminiumCertifications: AAAMSA & SAGGAMinimum Requirements:MatricComputer literate – Excel, Word, OutlookExperience:Minimum 5 years in running an Aluminium Factory.Production planning.Processing of Job cards.Manage Production team - Ability to handle the factory staff, Discipline, timesheets.Employee Performance management.Health & Safety and maintaining a safe working space.Machinery – Have knowledge of machines in the production of aluminium windows and doors, shopfronts and curtain walls.AAAMSA & SAGGA – have knowledge of regulations in the aluminium and glass industry.Scheduling of regular maintenance of equipment.Quality control of all material entering and leaving factory.Procurement – procurement and ordering of materials, glass and consumables just in time.Compile Management reports.Manage production schedule and co-ordinate the process with production office team.Work a 6-day week.Desired Skills:AAAMSA & SAGGAProcurementQuality Control
