Factory Administrator

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated Factory Administrator to join our team.
The Factory Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative tasks within the manufacturing setup, ensuring the efficient operation of the factory.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with wages and leave schedules General administration tasks Prepare and submit reports Assist with PPE and Health & Safety paperwork and processes Assist with medical administration Assist with training schedules and documentation Assist with stock takes Maintain a clean and organized workplace Requirements South African citizen Minimum post-matric qualification (degree advantageous) Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent administrative skills Willingness to work in a factory environment (for female candidates, this may involve entering and exiting the factory, so hairnets and personal protective equipment will be required) Benefits Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
