MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe Responsibilities Of The Post Include, Amongst OthersCo-ordinates a broad range of administrative and interactive applications related to the provision of a personal assistance service to management.Inputting or updating, reconciling, calculating and maintaining of factory performance, efficiency and raw material receipts and usage information on spreadsheets.Preparation of summary and consolidated factory activity reports, rendering of support on procurement and safety administrative applications, controlling of PPE issue for staff, conducting of contractor inductions.Attending to specific checks on security related procedures and monitoring of the pest control programme and cleaning services.Creating purchase requisitions on the system for various departments in terms of their requirements, facilitating the authorisation processes with management and converting requisitions to Purchase Orders on the system.Following up with delivery dates and receiving and distributing goods/items to the relevant departments, or liaising with Contractors on maintenance services required at the Plant e.g. landscaping, etc.Discussing the schedule of meetings or appointments with the Factory Manager and proceeding with allocating time/dates and responding to meeting or appointment requests.Qualifications, Experience And Personal Qualities/SkillsThe ideal candidate would meet the following qualifications and requirements:Minimum Grade 12, Computer Literacy MS Office - including advanced Excel application knowledge.Post Matriculation one year Certification in Office Administration.3 years office administration experience in an industrial manufacturing or operations environment.Demonstration of attention to detail and accuracy.Planning and organising capabilities and excellent communication skills.
