This individual must possess the ability to efficiently undertake a variety of office support tasks with attention to detail and a focus on achieving optimal results. The role involves working closely with upper management and local leadership on space planning, policy implementation, and system management.Facilities ServicesInfrastructure Management: Responsible for managing assets, incident workflows, and SLAs.Facility Management Experience: Oversee both soft and hard services related to facilities management, including monitoring security, facility maintenance, and billing.AMC Services Management: Handle vendor selection, contract reviews for various AMCs, and agreements. Manage transport vendors and coordinate routine transportation needs at the location.Audits & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including liaising with relevant authorities.Record & Cost Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.Overall Admin Services in charge of the facilities in Cape Town.Educational QualificationKnowledge of SAP (is required)Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Strong communication skills.The position requires the employee to work five days a week from the office during general business hours (no hybrid model).
