Company: Hartbeespoort Aeriel Cableway (Zargadox) - a Subsidiary of Tolcon Group Reports to: Technical Manager Qualifications and Skills Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: Grade 12.
Diploma in Facilities/Maintenance management.
Trade test.
3 – 5 years Proven Experience as Facilities/Maintenance Manager.
5 years practical experience in industrial, facilities management maintenance.
Computer literate.
Good customer care skills & Good communication skills.
Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business professional publications, technical procedures, manuals or statutory regulations.
Literate – must be able to speak, read and write English.
Must be willing to work shifts.
Adaptability to different working areas and conditions.
Must have own accommodation and transport Responsibilities The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensure that attendance is recorded on the ERS system daily.
Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
Ensure that Operational areas & systems are operating and ready for service, on time.
Check quality of hygiene standards on site.
Ensure Accuracy of orders received and data from stock.
Comply with health and safety standards.
Ensure that all HR Processes are managed.
Ensure effective and detailed communications are done on a daily basis, for the purpose of scheduled & unscheduled maintenance, unforeseen challenges and breakdowns.
Conduct daily checks and inspections on relieving/standing in for the technical team as scheduled to do so.
All inspections have been recorded and required comments have been communicated.
Perform any other relevant duties as required by the Company.
