THE PURPOSE OF THE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PLANNER ROLE IS TO: The purpose of the Facilities Maintenance Planner is to ensure the efficient and affective scheduling and co-ordination of maintenance activities to maximise the reliability, safety and performance of equipment and facilities.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE: Maintenance Scheduling Resource Allocation Work Order Management Preventative Maintenance Planning Downtime Reduction Safety Compliance Cost Optimization Data Analysis & Reporting Collaboration Compiling of Scope of Work and Technical Specs THE PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Artisan (Electrician, Fitter, Boilermaker, Technician) Excel Intermediate Excel Advanced - advantageous Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with construction equipment and machinery.
