Facilities Maintenance Manager East LondonPackageSalary: £60,000 per annumTravel/Fuel: £2,500 per annumHoliday: 24 days per annum + Bank HolidaysPension Plan - included.Private Health Insurance - includedStart: ImmediateAlecto Recruitment are assisting a leading Facilities Maintenance contractor based in London, who are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee two large prestigious sites in the East London area.The role:The role of Facilities Manager will be to oversee all aspects of the facilities maintenance on the landlord site, including plant rooms, energy centres and all life safety systems. It will not be working within residential apartments or concierges.Duties:Review and approve subcontractor and internal planned & Reactive maintenance reports to ensure compliance is met.Management of reactive & planned works to ensure that works are completed within agreed contractual KPI's.Accurate quoting of service remedial work, reactive work & emergency callouts.Scrutinization of subcontractor remedial/reactive quotations.Procurement of materials for reactive work & service remedial works.Management of site critical spares.Direct communication with the client on all aspects of our contractual obligations within reasonable time framesDirect communication with subcontractors on all aspects of their contractual obligations.Client purchase orders are scrutinized, tracked and filed away for invoicing.Management of the site administrator to ensure that their roles and responsibilities are being carried out to an acceptable level.Management of internal site engineers to ensure that they are working efficiently and to an acceptable standard.
