KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.You must have a Matric or equivalent, coupled with 3 5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance as well as a Code 10 drivers licenseYou must understand building and ground risks, be able to work with subcontractor arrangements, and supervise other maintenance staff computer literacy is essentialYou must have experience with landscaping and gardening pool maintenance is advantageousYou must have an understanding of building, plumbing, electrical, security, and the surrounding gardensYou must be able to do maintenance planning and administration, running reports on expenses etc.You must be willing to work on weekends and be on standbyYou must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit recordDue to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
