Food & Beverage Manager required for a game lodge in Mpumalanga R15,000+benefits.
Position Requirements
Running the restaurant department in its entirety (staff training, stock taking, ordering, stock rotation, supervising, quality control, guest hosting, strong leadership skills etc.)
. Working with the kitchen department to produce a dining experience of the highest quality.
Ensuring the highest standards in the fine details of the restaurant department (guest satisfaction, restaurant presentation, food quality control, staff management.)
Needs to have a good understanding of computers as they will need to operate the lodge system with regards to inputting stock, charging accounts, costing, and supplier correspondence.
Must possess good leadership skills to bring the F&B department to the highest level.
Must have great people skills as this position is very hands on with guests.
Willing to bring new ideas to the table to better the food & beverage department.
