Job Description:

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee questions related to benefits.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee training sessions and workshops as needed.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
