Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Game Lodge. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who excels in delivering world-class cuisine and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen operations and innovative Pan-African cuisine.
Manage food stock, portion control, and food cost within budget.
Lead a dynamic team to ensure exceptional guest service.
Control beverage stock and aim to meet/exceed sales targets.
Inspire and mentor a talented guest service team.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.
Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
Drivers Licence & Own Transport
