External Sales Representative (Steel & Tube)

External Sales Representative (Steel & Tube) – Epping, Cape Town.
This position is ideal for an individual with Steel & Tube and Sheet & Plate experience.
Key responsibilities:

Generating leads, following industry trends to identify new opportunities and sales.
Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Maintaining client records.
Assisting customers with technical advice and queries.
Sales and budget forecasts.
Opening new accounts.
Achieving monthly targets.

Minimum Requirements:

Syspro experience.
Valid driver's license, with a minimum of 3-4 years experience in the Steel and Tube Industry.
Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside in Western Cape, Epping and surrounding area.

Working hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Mondays to Fridays. Saturday and Public Holidays from 08:00 – 13:00 in accordance with roster system.
Will partake in branch stock takes during the course of the year.
Provident Fund and funeral cover are compulsory.
Will form part of the Sales Incentive / Commission Scheme.
Company car with petrol card and company cellphone provided.
