External Sales Representative – Sasolburg

Main purpose is Identify new sales prospects and manage existing clients to identify business opportunities as well as assist in the growth of company.Maintain and develop relationship with customers by providing support, information, and guidance - Recommending solutionsVisiting and quoting customersFollowing up on quotationPrepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing informationMaintain quality service by enforcing company standardsInvoicing customers and order stock to complete customer back ordersDoing deliveries when neededFollowing up on customer back ordersCompleting customer planningDoing cold calls to expand customer baseArranging and doing demos on welding machinesCompleting company vehicle checklist each Friday and hand to Workshop ForemanKeeping company vehicle clean and tidy at all timesAttending to all job-related administrationAttending to any and all ad-hoc duties required by managementAbide by Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and proceduresReach monthly targets and GPs as discussed by Management and according to contract on a monthly basis ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualification: MatricQualification: Will be advantageous.Experience: Minimum 5 years Other: Code 8 driver's licenceWorking with customers and maintaining customer relationsSales experienceProblem solving skillsAbility to adapt to environmentAbility to plan route for the week and visit customers accordinglyTime management Computer literate It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience with: Welding machinesWelding consumablesGas and gas cutting equipmentPower toolsLifting equipmentGeneratorAbrasivesPPEPlasma systemCompressors The Client Offers: Market Related basic salaryCell allowanceFuel card Please forward your CV to Pieter: ******
