Our client based in Montagu Gardens is seeking an energetic and results-oriented External Sales Representative to join their dynamic team!Duties & ResponsibilitiesREQUIREMENTSMatric plus 3 years sales experience calling on wholesalers, hardware stores and electrical contractors offering a range of various productsSales of LED lighting experience highly advantageousComputer literateOwn vehicle and valid driver's licenseExcellent customer serviceMust be bilingual in English and AfrikaansAbility to function independently and without supervisionGood communication skillsCustomer centricStrong interpersonal skills, analytical ability and a positive outlookGood organizational time management skills and attention to detailDUTIESManaging sales portfolio calling on existing clients and sourcing new business opportunitiesPromote marketing as and when needed to increase contactsProspecting for new contacts and looking at opportunities to gain new clientsFollowing up from leads from social mediaNegotiating and quotationsClosing of salesEvaluating and advising on client's requirementsFollow up on wholesalers on requests and leadsManaging Promotions and breakfast runs and any other marketing initiatives that are introducedExcellent after care service offeringResolving any problems or queries that ariseGeneral administration dutiesSalary: Basic, plus commission, use of company car to see clients, company laptop and cell phone.
