Key requirement A technical qualification and 3 years proven sales experience Valid driver's license and own car Must be willing to travel Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills MS Office literate Proficient in English and Afrikaans CRM management Call planning and sales reporting Key responsibility Take full accountability for the achievement of revenue streams, profitability, and volume growth and other key performance areas for direct accounts in the portfolio Develop processes to measure, track, report and communicate utilizing these processes to monitor trends, achievements and performance against targets Develop reporting and monitoring mechanisms highlighting and market movements to sales and management Penetrating competitor markets Conduct cold calling at new/potential customers along with a focused growth strategy at the existing customers in the allocated sales area Analyze market potentials, track sales and status - Analyse market potentials, track sales and status
