Sales Representative Job DescriptionLocation: eThekwini Central (Durban / Pinetown / Umlazi)Minimum Requirements:Qualification in Marketing, Business or related (Advantageous)A minimum of 2-4 years Sales Rep experienceComputer literacy a must on Excel, Word and OutlookProven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and bringing in SalesRoles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a database of customers in a specific areaGenerate sales at existing customers and bring in new customersBe proactive in anticipating trends at the customer and in the marketplaceDevelop a knowledge of the product and become an expert in the fieldEnsure administration is up to date by completing weekly, monthly, quarterly reportsAchieve sales budgets on a consistent basisEstablish relationships internally with all departments that support salesEnsure customer service satisfaction and maintain excellent customer relationships
