This rostered position requires availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a minimum of 30 hours per week at $26 per hour.
Responsibilities: Ensure a consistent guest experience through meticulous attention to detail in our processes. Communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests, demonstrating adaptability and clarity. Collaborate with team members across departments to solve problems and enhance guest satisfaction. Uphold work health and safety standards while exceeding customer expectations and achieving targets. Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes, handle payments securely, and maintain cashier accuracy. Manage guest queries via phone, in-person, and through reservations, demonstrating knowledge of loyalty programs. Support Food & Beverage operations as needed, including service and preparation of beverages. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of previous experience in customer service, ideally within a hotel environment. Professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and work collaboratively within a team. Legal right to work in New Zealand is essential.
