Exports Coordinator

POSITION
Export Co-Ordinator | Location: Johannesburg | Reporting to: Exports Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Grade 12 /Matric or equivalent
5 – 8 Years Experience in an exports administrative position
Syspro Knowledge would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of export markets pertaining to export and inspection of goods.
Full knowledge of Incoterms
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of catering equipment would be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely availability of equipment for export.
Liaise with existing clients and other departments within the company.
Ensure upfront payments are received where necessary by sending proforma invoices and banking details.
Ensure compliance with local and international export laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to catering equipment.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that arise during the export process.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the availability of catering equipment for export.
